Rather than following this path, Europe should chart its own course: one that prioritizes open-source technology stacks, hosted on EU-based servers, and aligned with its foundational principles. By leveraging the Digital Services Act, GDPR, and its strong laws, Europe can build a digital ecosystem that is transparent, accountable, and resilient.

This approach ensures technological autonomy, protects citizens’ data, and upholds democratic values, turning Europe’s regulatory strength into a competitive advantage. Yet, a huge information gap exists between citizens, governments, and businesses, making it difficult to choose durable solutions. Too often, decisions default to proprietary vendors, creating lock-in that is hard to escape, especially when the pace of change leaves little time to stay informed.

Our goal is to break the cycle of dependency, ensuring every choice is made with clarity, aligns with EU values, prioritizes long-term sustainability, and building practical use cases to show it actual works in real life.
